About us
SU Legal Consultancy is a Dutch general partnership (VOF) providing legal consultancy, claims support, compliance support and business advisory services. Registration details: KVK 42120031, VAT NL869819173B01.
Nature of our services
We are a consultancy and not a law firm (advocatenkantoor). Our founders are not registered Dutch advocates. We do not provide reserved legal services or represent clients in proceedings where an advocate is required. Where needed, we may coordinate with independent qualified lawyers, who are engaged by and responsible to the client directly.
Engagements
An engagement is formed only when we have confirmed a scope of work and fee in writing and you have accepted it. Information on this website is general and is not advice for your specific situation.
