Who we are
SU Legal Consultancy (Vennootschap onder firma), established in the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this policy. Contact: info@sulegalconsultancy.com.
What data we collect
When you contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, company name (for business enquiries), the service you are interested in, your description of the matter and your preferred contact method.
We ask you not to send identity documents or sensitive personal data in your initial enquiry.
Why we use it
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal and, if you engage us, to perform the agreed services. The legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for these purposes, or as required by law. [Retention periods to be confirmed.]
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We use service providers for website hosting and data storage. Where we coordinate with an independent lawyer on your behalf, we share information only with your agreement.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. Contact us at info@sulegalconsultancy.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-restricted systems.
