Question 1

What services does SU Legal Consultancy provide?

Accepted Answer

We provide legal consultancy, insurance and claims support, KYC/AML compliance support, business advisory and practical support for individuals and expats. See our Services page for a full overview.

Question 2

Do you assist international clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A large part of our work is with international residents in the Netherlands and businesses operating across borders.

Question 3

Can I receive support in Turkish?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work in English and Turkish, so you can discuss your matter in the language you're most comfortable with.

Question 4

Do you provide legal representation in court?

Accepted Answer

No. SU Legal Consultancy is a consultancy, not a Dutch law firm, and our founders are not registered advocates. Where representation by an advocate is required, we can coordinate with an independent qualified lawyer.

Question 5

Can you assist with insurance claims?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We help with preparing and documenting claims, liability assessments, recovery matters and cross-border claims coordination, for both individuals and businesses.

Question 6

Can businesses outsource compliance assignments to SU Legal?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We support organisations with KYC, CDD and EDD files, UBO analysis, onboarding, remediation and periodic reviews — on a project, ongoing or case-by-case basis.

Question 7

How does the consultation process work?

Accepted Answer

You send us a short description of your matter. We review it, discuss your needs with you and, if we can help, send a proposal with a defined scope and fee before any work begins.

Question 8

How are your fees determined?

Accepted Answer

Fees depend on the nature, scope and complexity of the matter. We always agree the scope and fee with you in writing before starting work.

Question 9

Do you offer online consultations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Consultations can take place online by video call, which makes it easy to work with us wherever you are.

Question 10

How can I contact your team?

Accepted Answer

Email us at info@sulegalconsultancy.com or use the enquiry form on our Contact page.
